In the natural army, one of the highest codes of honor is this: no soldier left behind. On the battlefield, if a soldier is wounded, you don’t abandon them. You don’t shake your head and walk away. You risk your own safety to carry them out. You fight for them until they can stand again. The Kingdom of God operates the same way—at least it should.

Every soldier knows that the strength of a fortress isn’t only in its walls—it’s in its gates. Gates are the entry points. Whoever controls the gates controls what comes in and what goes out. Believers, your eyes, ears, and mouth are gates. Your home is a gate. Your heart is the central gate of your life. The question is: who are you letting in? Too many of us let down our guard, and little by little, the enemy sneaks through unchecked music, conversations, images, and
