Tony’s Soldiers of Light Sundays™: Carry Forward: What You’re Allowed to Leave in 2025

ree

ENDINGS REQUIRE DISCERNMENT

The end of a year invites reflection, but reflection without discernment leads to baggage.

Soldier of Light Against Darkness™, 2025 does not require you to carry every experience forward as proof of endurance. Some things were endured so they could be released.

The mistake many believers make is assuming that because something survived the year, it must be assigned to the next one.

That is not biblical.

God is a God of seasons, transitions, pruning, and alignment. And every transition requires evaluation.

“To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1

The question is not what happened in 2025. The question is:

What has permission to continue with you into 2026?

⚔️ RELEASE IS A SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE

Release is not emotional avoidance. Release is obedience in motion.

Scripture repeatedly shows that God moves people forward by first calling them to let go.

  • Abraham had to leave his homeland

  • Moses had to leave Midian

  • Israel had to leave Egypt

  • The disciples had to leave their nets

None of these releases were comfortable. All of them were necessary.

“By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out… not knowing where he was going.” — Hebrews 11:8

Release requires faith because it removes what is familiar before revealing what is next.

If you refuse to release, you will eventually resent what God is trying to do.

🛡️ WHAT YOU ARE BIBLICALLY AUTHORIZED TO LEAVE IN 2025

1. Guilt That Has Already Been Addressed

There is a difference between repentance and self-punishment.

Repentance changes direction.Condemnation chains identity.

“As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.” — Psalm 103:12

If God removed it, revisiting it is not humility — it’s disbelief.

Carrying forgiven guilt into 2026 is not wisdom. It is spiritual disobedience.

2. Responsibility God Never Assigned You

Many believers collapse under pressure because they accepted burdens God never authorized.

You are not responsible for:

  • fixing people who refuse transformation

  • managing reactions you cannot control

  • carrying emotional weight meant for God

Jesus healed many — but not all.He taught crowds — but withdrew regularly. He did not overextend Himself to prove compassion.

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you.” — Psalm 55:22

What you carry determines how far you can go.

3. Survival Mode Thinking

Survival mode is reactive, not prophetic.

It teaches you to brace instead of build, endure instead of advance, protect instead of prepare.

Survival mode may have been necessary in 2025. But it is not a long-term calling.

“God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7

Sound minds plan. Sound minds pace. Sound minds choose strategy over panic.

4. Relationships That Require You to Shrink

Fruitful pruning is never random.

God removes connections that:

  • drain strength

  • compromise values

  • blur identity

  • hinder obedience

This is not cruelty. It is stewardship.

“Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character.” — 1 Corinthians 15:33

You cannot grow in every environment. Some growth requires distance.

5. Old Identities That No Longer Fit

You are allowed to outgrow who you had to be.

  • the version that tolerated too much

  • the version that stayed silent

  • the version that explained endlessly

  • the version that survived instead of led

God does not call you backward to remain relatable. He calls you forward to remain obedient.

“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

🔥 BOUNDARIES ARE A WARFARE TOOL

Boundaries are not emotional reactions. They are strategic defenses.

A soldier without boundaries is a liability.

Jesus:

  • left crowds

  • declined demands

  • limited access

  • protected solitude

“He withdrew Himself into the wilderness and prayed.” — Luke 5:16

Boundaries:

  • preserve strength

  • protect clarity

  • guard calling

  • prevent burnout

If something requires you to violate peace, wisdom, or obedience — it is not from God.

⚔️ PRUNING PRECEDES MULTIPLICATION

Pruning always feels like loss before it produces fruit.

God cuts:

  • distractions

  • attachments

  • misalignments

Not because you failed —but because you succeeded.

“Every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” — John 15:2

Pruning is evidence that God expects increase.

You cannot carry excess into expansion.

🙏🏾 DECLARATIONS FOR THE TURN INTO 2026

Declare slowly and intentionally:

  • I release what God has completed.

  • I leave what no longer produces fruit.

  • I refuse to carry guilt, fear, or confusion forward.

  • I step into 2026 lighter and wiser.

  • I honor the past without living in it.

  • I trust God’s pruning process.

  • I am aligned for the next assignment.

SECTION V — S.O.L.A.D.™ CONNECTION

In S.O.L.A.D.™: Soldiers of Light Against Darkness™, transitions are never casual.

Before new missions:

  • gear is inspected

  • weight is reduced

  • tactics are adjusted

Wiseman J repeatedly emphasized that unnecessary weight costs lives.

No soldier advances carrying what no longer serves the mission.

Letting go was never weakness. It was command discipline.

🗡️ FINAL CHARGE — MOVE FORWARD CLEAN

Soldier of Light Against Darkness™,you are not required to drag 2025 behind you to prove strength.

Strength knows when to release. Wisdom knows when to stop carrying. Faith knows when to step forward unencumbered.

“Lay aside every weight…” — Hebrews 12:1

Not some weights. Every weight.

Carry forward truth. Carry forward wisdom. Carry forward obedience.

Leave the rest.

2026 is waiting —and it requires clarity, not clutter.
