God did not place purpose in you so you could bury it under fear. He did not give you creativity, wisdom, compassion, leadership, discipline, testimony, talent, skill, vision, or spiritual insight so you could spend your life pretending it is not there. He did not bring you through storms, teach you lessons, sharpen your character, and open your eyes just for you to hide everything He developed in you.

Some people can talk, but they cannot cover you. Some people can criticize, but they cannot counsel you. Some people can observe your life, but they cannot discern your assignment. Some people can see where you are, but they do not have the wisdom to help you get where God is calling you to go.

God may have brought you through the storm, but He did not bring you through only for you to stay mentally trapped in the storm. He did not preserve you through pain just so fear could continue making every decision. He did not keep you alive, strengthen you, restore you, and carry you this far so that you would settle for a life ruled by crisis, scarcity, anxiety, and constant reaction.

But prayer was never designed to replace wisdom. Prayer was never meant to excuse poor preparation. Prayer was never supposed to become a reason to avoid discipline, planning, healthy boundaries, or responsibility.

You may not be where you wanted to be by now, but that does not mean you cannot become who you need to be from this point forward. You may have lost time, momentum, focus, or discipline, but you have not lost the opportunity to plant something that can still grow. The seeds you plant in June can still change December.
